I met a friend today. One of those friends who just pops up at random times in my life. One of those friends who keeps blooming…

…more and more beautiful…

…more and more interesting…

…every time I see her.

When we met for the first time, I was older, wiser, and I was advising her and mentoring her a little. Then we became partners on a project. Then life separated us again. Then it was on and off. And now… she’s the one who blows my mind and inspires (and advises) me.

It’s a beautiful collaboration of humanness we share. A journey we both lead, where sometimes we touch points.

Why do people sometimes come into our lives? Why do situations, cities, loves, jobs...?
